Welcome to E-xisaabi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the E-xisaabi financial budgeting SaaS platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Account Eligibility
To use E-xisaabi, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You may create only one account per person or business entity. Multiple accounts for the same user are prohibited and may result in account termination.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your password secure and confidential. E-xisaabi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
2.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial and personal information. Misrepresenting information may result in account suspension or termination.
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except as explicitly permitted)
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities
3. Subscription & Billing Terms
3.1 Subscription Plans
E-xisaabi offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Basic features with limited functionality and monthly report access
- Pro Plan: Advanced features including yearly reports, data export, and priority support (monthly billing)
- Business Plan: Full feature set including team access, shared workspaces, and advanced analytics (monthly billing)
3.2 Billing & Payments
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance:
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe using your provided payment method
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date
- You will be charged the subscription fee on the same date each month based on your initial subscription date
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and you will be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is successfully processed
3.3 Plan Limitations
Each subscription plan has specific feature limitations. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Free plan users may be subject to usage limits and restricted access to advanced features.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the subscription period ends. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
4. Prohibited Usage
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
- Tax evasion or fraud
- Violation of any applicable financial regulations
- Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform
- Using the Service to compete with E-xisaabi or create derivative services
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
5.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Misuse the Service or attempt to harm the platform
- Provide false or misleading information
5.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. All outstanding subscription fees remain due and payable. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by E-xisaabi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your financial data and user content, but grant E-xisaabi a license to use, store, and process such data to provide the Service.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- E-xisaabi provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any financial calculations or reports generated by the Service
- We are not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service
- Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
The Service is a tool to assist with financial management and is not intended to replace professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for important financial decisions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless E-xisaabi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your account and stop using the Service.
